LNC Pro Suite™

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EICCIO Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of LNC Pro Suite™, handles personal information in connection with lncprosuite.com and the LNC Pro Suite platform (the "Service"). You can reach us any time at [email protected].

Two roles, kept separate. LNC Pro Suite is a business-to-business platform used by salons. For a salon's own account and business information, we act as the controller. For the information about a salon's own clients that a salon enters and manages in the platform, the salon is the controller and we act only as its processor, handling that data on the salon's instructions. If you are a client of a salon and want to exercise a right over your data, please contact that salon; we will support them in responding.

1. Information we collect

Salon account and business information

Operational data you enter

Your clients' information (processed on your behalf)

Technical and usage information

2. How we use information

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We share personal information only as needed to run the Service, and never sell it. Categories of recipients:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where we do, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account and business information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any period required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Information about a salon's own clients is kept according to the salon's instructions and settings; a salon can delete client records it controls.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing or withdraw consent. We honour these rights in the spirit of the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA regardless of your location. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. If your request concerns data a salon controls (its own client records), please direct it to that salon; we will assist the salon in responding.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation so each salon's data is kept separate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and the adults who run them. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, tell you through the Service.

10. Contact us
